4-POINT SALIVA CORTISOL TEST--the standard

This standard 4-point saliva cortisol test includes four collection vials. Each vial will be filled halfway with your saliva:

1. One vial upon your awakening or within the first 30 minutes,

2. Another vial for 11 am to 1pm..or approximately 4 hours later from your morning collection

3. Another vial for 4-5 pm, or approximately 4-5 hours later after previous collection.

4. A final vial for bedtime.
