SHIPPING INFORMATION

1) WHO CAN RECEIVE THIS ZRT SALIVA KIT?

Only those who are in the United States or Canada. It will be via USPS Priority for US: UPS for Canada.

But… NEW YORK or MARYLAND prohibits saliva testing. CALIFORNIA requires a health care professional licensed in the state of California to FAX A SCRIPT for the saliva cortisol kit at 503.466.1636. BUT DON’T FORGET to use the Contact form here to let us know that 1) you are ordering the kit, and 2) you have had your doctor fax the prescription to ZRT.

NOTE: To prevent fraud, your shipping address will have to be same as the one you gave the credit card. No exceptions. If you want to send the kit to someone from where you live (your shipping address) you’ll need to do it after you receive it.

2) DO I NEED TO CAREFULLY REVIEW THE ADDRESS I GIVE FOR THE KIT?

Yes. For one, it’s required that the shipping address is the exact same one you gave the bank that issued your card. Second, even if you are giving the right one, but misspell it, you won’t receive your kit. :( And we can’t be responsible if you type it wrong and it gets sent back. We are also not responsible if you fail to pick it up from a multi-box in a neighborhood or your local shipping service mis-delivers it for any reason. :( So call your local postal service if there are problems.

3) IS SHIPPING ADDED TO THE COST OF THE KIT?

Yes. P.S. If you are in Canada, your customs can delay the delivery. But on average, you should receive your kit in 2 weeks or less. Be patient. ZRT has no control over that. You will receive an address label from ZRT to ship your saliva samples back to ZRT.

4) WHAT IS THE “FULFILLED” EMAIL THAT I GET? THEN WHAT??

That “fulfilled” email means your order has been received, recorded, and electronically sent to ZRT. The shipment of the kit only occurs afterwards in approximately 5 business days or less, not including weekends or holidays—the latter in which ZRT is closed.

5) HOW LONG AFTER I SEND THE SALIVA SAMPLES BACK DO I GET MY RESULTS?

You have to consider that there are a certain amount of days it can take for the samples to arrive to ZRT, which would not include Sundays. Also, ZRT does not work on weekends. Once received, processing of the saliva can take up to five days. Then they email the results to you. You need to check BOTH Spam and Inbox.

6) HOW DOES IT WORK IF I DON’T USE THE KIT AND WANT TO RETURN IT FOR A REFUND?

Sadly, it’s costly to do that. There is a $40 restocking fee. So you will only receive back the cost you paid for the kit, minus $40. (And there is no refund for shipping). So you might want to hang onto it for the future and use it, or let a friend or family member use it, but the results will be sent back to the email you gave.
