SHIPPING INFORMATION

Read EVERYTHING BELOW!!! i.e. 1-6. BE INFORMED.

1) WHO CAN RECEIVE THIS ZRT SALIVA KIT?

Only those who are in the United States or Canada. It will be via USPS Priority for US: UPS for Canada.

But… NEW YORK & MARYLAND prohibits saliva testing. CALIFORNIA requires a FAXED SCRIPT from your doctor, at 503.466.1636…and use the CONTACT FORM on this site to inform us that the doctor has done the fax.

2) DO I NEED TO CAREFULLY REVIEW THE ADDRESS I GIVE FOR THE KIT?

Yes. Shipping address has to be the exact same one you gave the bank that issued your card, and has to agree with billing. BOTH. If they don’t agree, your order is cancelled. Second, if you misspell your shipping address, and don’t receive the kit, you are responsible for that. If the shipper misdelivers, that is on the shipper.

3) HOW DO I MAIL THE SALIVA SAMPLES BACK?

You will receive an address label from ZRT, with the kit, to ship your saliva samples back to ZRT. :) P.S. If you are in Canada, your customs can delay the delivery to around 2 weeks (or less). Be patient. ZRT has no control over that.

4) WHAT IS THE “FULFILLED” EMAIL THAT I GET? THEN WHAT??

That “fulfilled” email means your order has been received, recorded, and electronically sent to ZRT. That will occur “approx” 2 days after you order. The shipment of the kit to you only occurs afterwards in approximately 5 business days or less, not including weekends or holidays—the latter in which ZRT is closed.

5) HOW LONG AFTER I SEND THE SALIVA SAMPLES BACK DO I GET MY RESULTS?

You have to consider that there are a certain amount of days it can take for the samples to arrive to ZRT, which would not include weekends, because ZRT is closed on the weekends. Once received, processing of the saliva by ZRT can take up to 2-5 days. Then ZRT emails the results to you. :) You need to check BOTH Spam and Inbox.

6) HOW DOES IT WORK IF I DON’T USE THE KIT AND WANT TO RETURN IT FOR A REFUND?

There are no refunds. But the good news is that because you paid for it, you can decide later to use it. Saliva cortisol testing is THE way to test cortisol levels.
