Your order will work perfectly ONLY if the billing address (which the bank that issued your card has on hand and approves of) and the shipping address are the same. We will be informed if you are giving a non-approved address. Thus, we then cancel, which also refunds you. We have to do this to prevent fraud.
Shipping of kit in the US is USPS Priority; shipping to CANADA is via UPS (and no POB in Canada since it’s UPS).
CALIFORNIANS, READ!!!!!! California addresses will require a doctor’s prescription faxed to them first or it’s a useless order for you to do: 503.466.1636 Follow this: a) Let us know via the CONTACT above that your doctor is faxing, then b) Do your order from this site.
Maryland or New York addresses do not allow ZRT to take your order, period. :(
You will get FOUR emails: One to prove you ordered, which we see on our end, too. Second to confirm the fulfillment/receipt of order. Third for tracking once the kit is heading your way from ZRT. The Fourth email comes from ZRT with your results in “approximately” 5 business days. CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER, too.
SHIPPING SPEED is not something ZRT has any control over or can predict.
RESTOCKING FEE NOTICE: Be SURE you want the kit before ordering, or have read the above about California. Because if you …
a) cancel after ordering and before the kit was sent, or
b) cancel after the kit was already sent to you
…there is a firm $20 restocking fee. Or, if you already received the kit, you can avoid the restocking fee by selling it to someone else, or keeping it for a later date. We also don’t refund shipping.
